Problems you have as an adult are ascribed to a strange or terrible childhood, and there is a reluctance to try working them out. When you are under stress, the tendency is to fall back on this excuse, or begin to act in an erratic manner, allowing Chiron’s maverick nature to come out in its most negative expression. The primary lesson is to understand, forgive, and let go. Those who do not learn it tend to fall back upon their past.
The lesson is to move on from the past, not let it rule you. As I said, the South Node has experiences to draw upon, and use. As you heal, you can draw upon your hurtful past, as it taught you a lot then you can move forward. As you do, you begin to share their unique insight with others. You learn to integrate Chiron and it is so much a part of your nature that you can draw upon it whenever another is in need of being helped. You aim your sights at the North Node and seem to attract people who can be helped by your Chiron.
On one level or another, as you heal, you can become a healer yourself. Carl Jung said that only someone who has been wounded can heal others, and if you have a lot of strength you can draw upon to do just that.
Chiron Conjunct Sun
You are a sensitive and caring soul who can be is easily wounded by life. You may be subject to a range of illnesses, perhaps even serious health concerns, which can impact on you both physically and emotionally. As a result of life's experiences you will come to realise that you possess a unique gift for healing; indeed a profession in the healing arts could ideally suit your temperament and abilities. You would be wise to listen and honour your inner self. You may find that you are put into situations that are painful and through this suffering you will become a more caring and giving individual. You will discover that healing takes place on many levels and come to understand that the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions are intertwined and of equal importance. You can make a valuable contribution to the health and wellbeing of others and may become involved in teaching the lessons you have learned. Honouring and expressing your individuality may be a challenge, but will bring rewards as you develop wisdom.
Chiron trine Midheaven
The Midheaven is how you are seen by the public, and is what has often been called the ‘ego ideal’ that is, what role you want to strive to become. This is why it is tied in to career, think of the child who speaks about what he ‘wants to be when he grows up’ and you’ll have a good idea of the Midheaven energy.
Chiron trine this point shows that you have a knack for finding loopholes, ways around the status quo, that you can think outside the box, and use this ability in your career. You can also tune into the weaknesses easily of authorities.
You could work well in a field where you are called upon to do some healing in some way; where you find what is out of kilter and offer suggestions to correct it. It also shows that your career will go through several changes or incarnations in your life, because the image you have for what you want to become will go through many changes throughout your life. Because it is a trine, however, these will almost always be welcome changes as you grow and evolve. Unless you can find a career which allows you to grow and evolve, in which case you may be able to stick with one thing, such careers are difficult to find.
