Chiron quincunx Midheaven

Quincunx is always an aspect of adjustment. Chiron shows where one needs to focus on healing, and in many ways it can be said to show the hero’s journey, the dragons one must overcome in order to become whole. The Midheaven is how you’d like the outside world to see you, and so it is your public image and the career roles you take on. Putting these together shows that you have some very deep wounds which have many levels, and have impacted on you as a child, what you wanted to be when you grew up, and as an adult, the way you see yourself professionally and dealing with the public. There is usually a deep wound here when it comes to fairness and/or equality, to the point that you felt the need to prove you are ‘as good as’ others. It may be that you always had to defend yourself in one way or another, or it may be that you were made to feel that you had to ‘win’ at all costs.

One major lesson you can learn from this aspect is when to compete, when not to! learn how to choose your battles.

This aspect can make you a real fighter, which can be for good or bad. If you see something that you feel needs change, or an obstacle that needs to be overcome, you won’t rest until you’ve ‘won’.
