In any case, there are some very deep wounds here, and a lot of pain and pent up anger (or even rage).

Until the lesson is learned, the following is a common sequence of events: you find some method that works, some plan of action, but then tend to use it continually, getting into a rut (habit). When this occurs, you may fall down, and fall hard! Even when you don’t actually fall, you are definitely thrown off-balance, and must reorient yourself. 2. Learn part of the lesson. If this is the case, you learn the virtues of trying new methods, new ways of doing things, but not the ‘why’ of the lesson. You might begin to revel in each new method. You may seek out and try to experience every new act that can be found, every new experience and sensation that exists, perhaps even inventing brand new ones.
