You need to overcome your wayward tendencies, and learn to compromise, otherwise your career suffers. On a positive note you're independent, resourceful and self-motivated, all of which enable you to eventually achieve success in whatever you turn your mind to. Saturn trine Neptune

With Saturn Trine Neptune, you experience a gentle yet serious confluence between Kafziel and Tamiel. Kafziel is the Angel of memory, solitude, and tears. Together these Angels put you on the path of personal integrity as surely as you follow one thought with another.

Your slow growth of understanding could be seen as a weakness. However, your path is one of steady, almost certain forward progress. You analyze and consider each decision and each new idea. In this way every step is firm and solid, not tentative or half-hearted.

Intelligent activity becomes part of your nature. Intelligent activity involves the skillful use and application of knowledge, so you must first gain knowledge before you can apply it effectively. Zadkiel and Tamiel provide dreams to help you through life's difficulties. You have tenacity of spirit, and your Angels support its use. Sometimes you will have a conscious idea, and you work step by step to make that dream a reality. Other times dreams provide very direct messages about your life. Either way, your mental strength is a special ally throughout your life.

Saturn Hard Pluto

The combination of the planets Saturn and Pluto in your chart suggests that you're an ambitious, insightful and powerful person, but that you've some difficulty in achieving your ambitions. This could either be that you're overpowering in your attempts to pursue your ambitions, thereby alienating other people. This is particularly true in your relationships with anyone in authority. The 19th Century author John Stuart Mill said in his work On Liberty (1859) that, "Everyone who desires power, desires it most over those who are nearest to him, with whom his life is passed, with whom he has most concerns in common, and in whom any independence of his authority is oftenest likely to interfere with his individual preferences". Herein lies a key to your chart. You've the ability to succeed in your ambitions, but first you must learn how to deal with the balance of power in your life, respecting both your own and other people's rights to succeed.

Uranus Soft Neptune

The planets Uranus and Neptune are combining in your chart suggesting that your creative urges are strong. You enjoy exploring new territory, either through studying or travelling and your talents may lie in writing, healing, social welfare, healing or spiritual fields. You may be keen to explore metaphysical matters, perhaps even belonging to a secret society or a group dedicated to global healing, charity or spirituality. Uranus sextile Neptune

With Uranus Sextile Neptune, your life is enriched with opportunities presented by the Angels Zadkiel and Tamiel. Zadkiel is the Angel of Death, and Tamiel of Dreams. Together they extend your understanding of the nature of life and its limits. They also reveal the many ways you can change your life through skillful action.

You have a natural love of ritual. You find, when you think about it, that ritual pervades everything you do. You get along with other people very well because you observe the steps of ritual, entering into each conversation, activity, or association according to socially or culturally defined rules, and in so doing you put other people at ease without undo fuss or bother.

You can develop subconscious talents through conscious expression. In concert with your Angels, you express little pieces of your subconscious awareness in conversation or action. As you do this, you affirm your less conscious abilities and honor them and your Angels. Then your mind is better able to provide ideas and feelings to aid your work.

Inspired idealism may not be what you think you have been looking for, but you are certain to find it eventually. Another possible weakness of structure could lead to high blood pressure and its associated ailments. The above mentioned exercise, meditation, and yoga all serve to reduce blood pressure and strengthen the system so as to avoid dangers of stroke and heart ailments.

Heightened psychic states including clairvoyance are the norm for this combination.

Neptune square Midheaven

With Neptune forming a square to your Midheaven, psychic energies in your environment create challenges to your peace of mind and cause distress until you learn to read the messages in terms of yourself. By looking within yourself and opening your mind to angelic support, your Angels can help you to see the value of psychic awareness in terms of your own spiritual progress.

When the world showers you with glamour and other people try to convince you of realities that don't mesh with your own perceptions, your Angels can help you to express compassion for others, while also understanding your own motivations.

On the plus side, Tamiel supports your receptivity, empathy and sensitivity. The planets Neptune and Pluto both move slowly through the zodiac, and therefore any connection between the two planets affects birth charts for a short period of time. You were born in such a time. This combination in your chart means that you're interested in opportunities to bring about fundamental change to human values. You are aware of injustices in society and, depending on other influences in your chart, may prefer to fight against them rather than sit back and accept the ills of society. Your creative urges may be linked to politics, or expressing your political views through the arts or spiritual or charitable organisations.

Pluto sextile Neptune

With Pluto Sextile Neptune, your life is enriched with opportunities presented by the Angels Metatron and Tamiel. Metatron has been called the King of Angels and the Chief of the Ministering Angels. This Angel is thought to be the pillar of fire the Jews followed in their exodus from Egypt. He is a certain link between you and the divine. Metatron's association with Tamiel, the Angel of Primordial Energies, is extremely powerful.

You undoubtedly experience supernatural events and conditions during your life. Your Angels provide this resource and can help you refine it. Psychic impressions and intuition become second nature to you after a while. You learn to act on intuition in much the same way you would act on advice from your accountant.

One facet of the path of personal integrity for you involves purification of your soul. This means elevating your thoughts above petty jealousy and anger. While you may never overcome negative thinking entirely, working with your Angels will lift you up, step by step, to thoughts of compassion and love. Love overcomes fear and compassion overcomes hatred.

Chiron Square Moon

Chiron is not a Planet in the astronomical sense, but as a celestial wanderer it fits the ancient tradition of a Planet. In many ways Chiron is marginal to the herd of Planets and metaphorically parallels these feelings of being an outsider. In aspect to the Moon it highlights the sense of feeling displaced. Often this is experienced through dislocation, abandonment or relinquishment.

Chiron combines with the Moon in a way that is akin to that uncomfortable feeling of being a stranger in a strange land. For many this combination has been experienced as their mother’s postnatal depression, a family separation, an adoption or emigration. It is also possible that a parental wound of displacement or exclusion may have psychically harmed your sense of safety. However this presents in your life experience, it suggests your process of being close to your caretakers has been bruised by feelings of exclusion that infected the family atmosphere and your feelings of security. You may harbour feelings of marginality with the need to be accepted often resulting in a feeling of exclusion. Your task is to accept that your apex of security is not at the centre of the system, but on its fringe. Your fate may be to wander or feel displaced before your sense of belonging can be established. Or you may have had the experience of your family being the outsider in the culture or society you grew up in. This family wound of feeling marginal may have hampered your ability to leave the enmeshed family unit. You may feel that your family has perpetuated and confirmed a myth that the pain of living is great. If this is so, then you may feel that your spirit to adventure and explore beyond the family and its culture has been compromised.

When you feel secure, you know you can be heroic when faced with being foreign or marginal in the system within which you find yourself. If your parents encouraged a healthy sense of feeling different and demonstrated freedom was possible by not being part of the system, then you internalised a healthy sense of being foreign. You would have developed the self-esteem to be secure in a foreign environment and acquired the ability to be compassionate and caring about others who suffer the same sense of disenfranchisement. In many ways this is the task of this aspect.

However if there was not enough parental support, you felt orphaned from your family unit. Your sense of attachment may have suffered due to a parental wound. When a parent’s spirit is broken, the shade haunts the family atmosphere, leaving you feeling helpless and unprepared to become part of a greater community. Your destiny is to engage in the depth understanding and healing of the family wound that keeps you feeling disenfranchised.

Feeling marginal and peripheral you are at risk of recreating relationships where abandonment or exclusion impedes intimacy. Healing comes through the forging of close bonds with others who accept you. Your kindred spirits accept you into their inner circle and celebrate your differences. They engage with you on your own level without making you feel that you need to be one of them. Through your close relationships with soulmates your feelings of exclusion and marginality are healed.

Chiron quincunx Mars

This aspect shows that you are the type who will go off the beaten path to do what you need to do. You are able to look into things that are not ordinarily the province of your profession, or your vocation (although not completely alien, either).

This stems from some wound that made you feel you did not go far enough when trying to attack a problem, or did not go in the right direction. Someone in your developing years shaped within you a feeling that you had to do more, go further, try something different, because you just weren’t doing it right! You may end up going to extremes because there is a tendency to continue further down the path, diverging further away from standard acceptable practices. Thus, one of the lessons of this aspect is to know how far to go; to know when it is profitable to go off on a sideline, and when to stop. The danger here is that you can get trapped on this tangent, and not only be unable to return, but not see any necessity for returning. But once you sort out this situation, and learn the lessons, you come back with skills to help others turn around. The thrust of this aspect is usually aimed at pushing you into becoming a pioneer of one sort or another.

Another side of this aspect is an ability to discover incongruities in situations, as well as in the methods and motives used by other people.

One of my favourite writers was born with this aspect, Damon Runyan, and you can see this aspect showing up in the main characters of his stories, many of which have been made into movies such as ‘Guys and Dolls’and ‘Pocketful of Miracles’

Chiron trine Jupiter

With any Chiron trine, the deep wound is a battle between growing versus following a particular path and getting stuck. With Jupiter, it is in the realm of beliefs, and philosophies, as well as in understanding how other people think.

Part of the problem lies in the early years of life. You had experiences both good and bad that forced revision of your belief system. The experiences came from the most unexpected directions from areas where you assumed you knew pretty much all there was to know. These experiences made you learn quickly about other people, what makes them tick and what others believe. In this learning, you may frequently get remarkable insights, but there is a tendency too often of taking them for granted after a while. In this there is a hazard by taking insights for granted, you tend to feel free to use these insights any way you want. What is more, no one is perfect, so your insights may not always be on the mark but the tendency is to not question them. (When they are right, this is no problem, but when they are not, there can be serious consequences.)

On a more positive note, this aspect enables you to catch even the smallest nuance of any situation, or of a person’s behaviour, and make good use of what is perceived. In the arts, or communication, you can use this ability to make others see themselves or some very specific aspect of themselves.

Chiron conjunct Saturn

This aspect is a rare one. It has occurred exact only once this century (1966) , and the people born with this aspect have a unique perspective unmatched by people born any other time.

Saturn is structure, framework, and walls. It is the shell protecting a lobster, and the skeleton supporting you and me. Without Saturn, there would be no order, no structure, and we would not have any perception of apparent reality. Psychologically, it is also the rules we obey, and the conscience we must deal with; that inner voice that says ‘no’, ‘you should …’, ‘you shouldn’t … ’, ‘you can’t …’ It is any crutch one must use, until one outgrows it. Sometimes, it is absolutely necessary, it is the parent yelling “Stop!” before the little child runs onto the street, as well as the parent repeating over and over, “Look both ways before you cross the street” until the child no longer needs to be reminded. But as it says in the Bible, “To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven.” Sometimes, Saturn goes too far, is too strict, too rigid, or does not let the person grow even though they are ready to move beyond their walls into new realms.

As you can imagine, Saturn in a chart shows the influence of authorities when a person was growing up. With the conjunction to Chiron, there is a very powerful and deep wound resulting with a clash with one or both such authority figures as a child. Whatever this wound is will initially be a source of great restriction and insecurity, perhaps even self-hatred. In most cases, one parent (usually the father), is the cause of the wound, and there can be a great deal of deep resentment towards that parent.

With most Chiron positions, a person has an outlet for their pains, although often the person needs to go through a lot of growth and healing before they can get enough in touch with the wound to share their pain, and release the hurt. But Saturn, the ‘wall’, essentially locks people up in their pain. You are forced to confront and deal with it inside, and work at it on your own. For some, this is because they were not allowed to express their hurt; some were not even allowed to experience their pain, so heavy-handed was the authority. In one way or another, physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually, you were abused by those who made the rules, or perhaps, even abandoned them altogether.

Within your own private walls, you had to deal with the hurts, and you had to try to master the issues. By mastering them, you begin to transform your Saturn. Until you begin healing the wound, you may find it a struggle to find your own place in the world. Society and culture at large can be viewed with distrust and suspicion. If you do not heal, you may find yourself overcome with cynicism, or even bitterness and reject social contact altogether.

As stated, when you begin to deal with your pain, you transform Saturn, and in doing so universalize it. You no longer see traditional rules as valid, but look to a more universal set of laws. Saturn ceases to be limitations—only handholds and steps on your journey. Once you have come to terms with this conjunction, it promises a remarkable ability to delve into the most hidden aspects of life’s most basic forms, or society’s most deeply ingrained institutions, or the structures that permeate all levels of a culture. You become an individual who learns to make your own reality. It also indicates that you will never let yourself be a prisoner to any structure, nor a prisoner of the past.

And then you find that you not only can share your pain, you can also help others to open up and share theirs.

I think of singer Edie Brickell. She made her musical debut with a song that asked, “What I am is what I am …. Are you what you are … or what?”

And then followed it with a song that attacked people who keep stuff in that bothers them by responding to “What’s the matter?” with the word “Nothing!”

“There’s nothing I hate more than nothing. “Nothing keeps me up all night. “I toss and turn over nothing. “Nothing could cause a great BIG fight.

“Hey! What’s the matter? “Don’t Tell Me Nothing!”

And she totally threw out most of the ‘shoulds’ and ‘should nots’ that society tried to impose on us. When it was time for her to fall in love, she had no problem marrying a man 25 years older than her (Paul Simon). She was writing her own rules obeying laws of a much higher authority.

Chiron opposition Uranus

Between 1952 and 1989 Chiron exactly opposed Uranus forty-one times, and was in orb of opposition for just about everyone born during those 47 years. Thus, it is more of a generational influence than an individual one.

Historically, you can see that this aspect is tied into the accelerated pace of scientific advancement during the second half of the Twentieth Century. Actually, one of the problems is that science is making discoveries faster than they can be integrated into society; even faster than proper safeguards can be devised for our protection from side effects and from the discoveries themselves.

This same ‘vibration’ is, in many ways, a part of the nature of individuals who have this aspect. There is a thirst for the new, for discovery, for experiences, that often outweighs the taking of any precautions. Others dare not try to curtail your freedom, the consequences may not be pleasant. The urge for independence can be so strong that it can create difficulties in relationships. The only relationships that truly last for someone with this aspect is one where each person is given a lot of space to be themselves, in truth, it is difficult to find someone sufficiently secure to give a partner that much freedom. It does give a real spirit, though.

The wound of the whole generation, though, can be summed up in the words, ‘fallen heroes’. For thousands of years, people had heroes to worship, people to look up to as almost godlike. But this generation has seen all of its heroes fall, or show very unheroic sides, or in one way or another, prove they are just like everyone else. As a result, your generation has had a wound that each person must learn to heal in his/her own way, but the lesson is to become one’s own hero to become the person you would like to look up to and respect.

Chiron trine Neptune

This is an aspect in effect for many people. It gives the individual a tendency to take for granted that the dreams you dream are ideals that will lead to a whole life, and may not be consciously aware of how important these dreams are to you.

If, in childhood, you were allowed to dream and express the dreams, as an adult you will feel very comfortable exploring matters of alternate realities and ideals which could slowly change the world. On the other hand, if you were told in childhood to stick to the real world, the dreams you take for granted will be just the dreams instilled in you by others. To best understand yourself, you must take time to look at your deepest dreams and decide are they truly your own, or have you just taken the dreams of others and sacrificed your own?

This aspect enables you to sojourn beyond the present world into more spiritual realms to help you heal, and it would be advisable for you to take time on a regular basis for meditation, yoga, or other transcendental activities. In fact, it is necessary, if you are to make the best of living in the day-to-day world, that you have regular times where you get away from it, and so this aspect shows that you need to be sure to allow yourself time alone.

Some of your greatest inspirations will come during these ‘journeys’. Chiron trine Neptune person Alexander G. Bell came up with the idea for the telephone while on one of his ‘journeys’ outside of his day-to-day existence.

Chiron opposition Pluto

Chiron and Pluto do not reach opposition often, but when they do they often continue that aspect for several years, creating what some call a sub-generation. In the past hundred years, they only were in opposition for one period, but everyone born from March 1961 through February 1966 have this aspect in their chart.

This aspect seems to express itself in one of two ways.

• In some natives it shows up as a great need to overcome some powerful inner hostility stemming from early childhood. This hostility may come from being constantly thwarted by parents, or from being a recipient of hostility from others in the environment. Whatever the cause, there are major lessons to learn about opening up, getting in touch with the inner rage, and then cleansing it once and for all from the system.

• In other persons, rather than anger, the expression is a need to win, to overcome obstacles and to beat any opponent. In both cases, you need to face the root of the hostility, or intensity, in order to bring about the needed healing.

It also gives a deep awareness of suffering, something you can put out of your mind but which never completely leaves you. I once read that we laugh at most jokes because it is a way to deal with the pain and suffering; we laugh because we can identify with the sorrow the object of the joke is experiencing and the laughter is a needed release.

Chiron opposition Pluto people often make excellent storytellers, and tellers of jokes, because of this powerful awareness.
