But the question that is important is what extent did these feelings of marginality contribute to your feeling unsafe and not belonging. However, with this aspect, there is a danger of getting stuck in that pattern, of staying with that vibration, even though it is time to move on to something else. You have major lessons to learn about adaptation and versatility.
Positively, if you can tune into the undercurrents, you can BECOME the vibrations, you can understand them so thoroughly that you identify with them, and other people will begin to identify them that way too. But you must learn to move on to another level, another role.
The wound felt from this aspect can, however, cause you to misuse the ability it gives you; for while you are in tune with the vibrations, you can, if you so choose, use this attunement to control other people. As you heal, though, this transforms into an ability to guide others rather than control them. Between 1952 and 1989 Chiron exactly opposed Uranus forty-one times, and was in orb of opposition for just about everyone born during those 47 years. Thus, it is more of a generational influence than an individual one.
Historically, you can see that this aspect is tied into the accelerated pace of scientific advancement during the second half of the Twentieth Century. Actually, one of the problems is that science is making discoveries faster than they can be integrated into society; even faster than proper safeguards can be devised for our protection from side effects and from the discoveries themselves.
This same ‘vibration’ is, in many ways, a part of the nature of individuals who have this aspect. There is a thirst for the new, for discovery, for experiences, that often outweighs the taking of any precautions. Others dare not try to curtail your freedom, the consequences may not be pleasant.
