When you were little, people around you made a big deal about knowing yourself, knowing what you were going to do. Perhaps you were reprimanded for not having clear goals, or not knowing yourself; perhaps others tried to force their expectations upon you. In any case, there is a wound here that caused you, at an early age, to come to a firm conviction about who you are and what you are going to do.
