Your Sun Sign

Sun in Leo

Having your Sun in Leo, a fixed fire sign, suggests the traits of being constant, enduring and warm-hearted. Fixed fire conjures up the image of a fireplace, a location where the power of fire can be contained, whether raging in a hearth or softly twinkling on a candle. Like this metaphor you have the ability to emanate warmth, personality and charisma when your passionate feelings are tempered and focused. These fires are your creativity and your creative act is to explore and discover the self. Being affectionate, tender and hospitable, you are endowed with the spirit of generosity.

Being loyal and protective are your strong virtues. You demonstrate this through your allegiance to those you befriend and a fidelity to those you love. Astrologically Leo is associated with the heart, a central focus in the body. Therefore your focus is the heart and you have the ability to radiate warmth for yourself and others in your atmosphere. Anias Nin suggested that when she cast her own warmth around her it was reflected in others, a great truism for Leo.

As the archetypal father, king of the pride or queen of the parade you'll often find the archetypal Lion at the centre, on the seat of power. While you might fantasise it is a throne, it is more likely that yours will be the teacher's seat at the head of the class, the director's stool in front of the action or the psychiatrist's chair opposite your client. Your vocation inspires others to become their true self, encouraging them to be creative and playful. You can embody both the serious and the playful professional. Ironically while you can be dignified and powerful, you also have a healthy inner child who balances the serious sides of life with amusement and frivolity. It is your lion heart, who best know how to play, find amusement in the humourless, and irreverence in formality. Therefore while you might aspire to greatness you don't want to be precious. Wisdom without humour, truth without wit or status without integrity is antithetical to your nature.

While you are responsive to others, in your own heart you know that you cannot remain true to others without first being true to yourself. You instinctually know that being true and constant begins with it the difficult task of creating an honest relationship with yourself. This often means you need to be candid about your vulnerabilities, sincere about your fears and straightforward about your motives. Hence your honour in being genuine allows you to shine. Your heroic journey begins with acts of self-disclosure, a vulnerable act that softens your heart to express love easily and authentically. Again Anias Nin described this truth when she remarked that when you possess light within you will be able to see it externally. The possession of the heart light is your gift but its great virtue is keeping it alight through acts of loyalty and fidelity. To find your vitality and spirit and to feel soulful in the world you need to strive to find creativity, generosity, joy, loyalty, affection, and optimism in your occupation.

Your Moon Sign

Moon in Aquarius

With your Moon in Aquarius you are instinctually altruistic and concerned for the welfare of others. Although born to be a humanitarian, you may often struggle with the difference between personal and impersonal relationships, preferring to remain disengaged than be involved emotionally. Ironically you feel safer in the future than the past and therefore are intellectually agile in understanding progress and social development. You need to be involved in the making of the future and therefore are often drawn to science, technology or alternate avenues that help shape the times to come. Therefore it may be difficult for you to feel connected or involved in emotional, sentimental or traditional ways, as your soul is in touch with tomorrow, not yesterday. You are unique and need to express your individuality in whatever you do. Vocationally independence and the lack of rigidity and hierarchy are important. This may lead you into discovering your own tribe of radicals who are able to work in a more egalitarian and self-affirming way.

When you were younger you might have stood out as being different. Your lunch box had different foods or liking different styles may have marginalised you from the group, until you were able to find your own kind. As you matured you needed to express your individuality and differences, as this is an important feature of your character. Your flair for the unusual and new age needs to be acknowledged and considered. Now you might need your uniqueness be more apparent in your vocation. While individualism is important to you, social interaction and intellectual stimulation are as well. To care for your soul you need to be moved by the spirit of being human and strive for the ideals that are inherently a part of who you are. No doubt you need a progressive, inventive and forward-looking career path, in which you creatively contribute to designing the future.

If you are called to the nurturing professions then your Moon in Aquarius would lean towards alternate or complementary healthcare. Naturally you are drawn to the unusual and may have developed unique methods to help others. Being acutely aware of social process you work well with groups and organisational reform.

Your Rising Sign

Ascendant in Pisces

You are a compassionate and loving person and unlikely to place a high value on money except when it helps you support those who you love. If you have other factors in your Birth Chart (and therefore your personality) that suggest a strong money focus then this Ascendant is asking you to soften your ambitions. Material success is all well and good, but with this Pisces Ascendant your destiny involves becoming sensitive to the needs of others and developing your spiritual or artistic talents. You are destined to develop an interest in one or more of the arts or in the natural world. Meditation and spiritual retreats may also appeal. You are attracted to these types of interests and activities because you are a peaceful soul and long for tranquillity. You are not particularly interested in material goods, corporate power and social status. You would rather escape in front of a David Attenborough nature program on television, or hang a fishing rod over the side of the boat or sit with friends in a peaceful café. Others are attracted to your soft and caring nature. Your compassion soothes their souls. Therefore your purpose is connected to gaining a deep understanding of the spiritual nature of humanity and sharing this understanding with other people. If you would like to focus on a positive affirmation connected to money then with your Pisces Ascendant you could use this one from “Creating Money – Keys to Abundance”by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer “I flow with the current, I know that everything happens for my higher good”.

Planets in Signs

Mercury in Leo

The planet Mercury in the zodiac sign of Leo indicates that you're enthusiastic in your quest for knowledge, and generous in sharing all that you've learnt even though it's sometimes to a somewhat reluctant audience. Mostly others enjoy listening to your creative story-telling talents, and find themselves enthralled by your lively communication. You may even find yourself on the stage during some time in your life. You do like the sound of our own voice. And why not? You're proud of your learning abilities, and believe in the saying that learning is fun. Your enthusiasm can be contagious. You can be creative in your thought process, and have an appreciation of the arts. You can also enjoy conversing with children. While it's true that you're an enthusiastic communicator, it's also true that your mind often turns to thoughts of your own ambitions. You're confident in your ability to communicate with others, and know that this trait could push you into a leadership role. As long as you keep your tendency to be a know-it-all under check, then you should succeed.

Venus in Virgo

With Venus in the sign of Virgo you'll seek meaningful relationships with a practical basis. You may appear to be timid and shy to others, but you're simply wary, weighing up the pros and cons before entering into intimate friendships or a meaningful relationship. You approach your primary relationship with caution, preferring to take things slowly so that you can build a lasting relationship based on real principles rather than romantic illusion. It's not that you don't enjoy a little romance. It's simply that you prefer to know that a relationship is going to last in the long term. For these reasons you may suffer some disappointments in love, as others are discouraged by your reticence, failing to recognise the depths of your affection. You admire neatness and punctuality, preferring someone who is hard-working and healthy living like yourself. You enjoy someone who can converse on sensible subjects, perhaps even with an analytical mind. You need to be wary of being too judgmental, expecting perfection where it can't possibly exist.

Mars in Scorpio

The planet Mars in the sign of Scorpio indicates that you're the type of person who can be relied on to make sure that a task is finished, because you're resourceful and, once committed, quite tenacious. You're executive material and have the ambitions to match. You're also the type of person who likes to get to the bottom of matters in order to resolve problems. Sometimes this can also involve an interest in investigating the mysteries of the occult world. You certainly don't like to have difficulties swept under the carpet, but prefer to bring things out in the open. This applies to both your work and your private life. You're a passionate person, and sometimes your life can resemble an emotional battlefield. Although this can be a bit overwhelming, mostly you like a sense of the dramatic in your life. At least it's preferable to boredom. On the whole you're strongly committed to those around you, but woe betide anyone who tries to stand in your way because you can be a vengeful opponent. You need to be cautious before going into battle with others because the planet Mars is considered to be powerful in the sign of Scorpio and therefore while you may win, the outcome could be unpleasant.

Jupiter in Taurus

You've the planet Jupiter in the zodiac sign of Taurus in your birth chart indicating that "success comes to those who wait" could be a good motto for you. This is because you like to take your time and build up your resources slowly and surely. You're a dignified person who realises the value of planning ahead and working towards a goal. Persistence pays off and material wealth is often the result. You're a peaceful person, more likely to be seeking security through expanding your financial resources and property rather than travelling around the world. It's not that you don't like to travel, but simply that you're a little stuck in your ways and prefer to travel for a purpose. Adventure and fun can just as readily be found on the home front as far as you're concerned. It would also be fair to say that you're somewhat attached to a comfortable life, which you easily build for yourself. Reserved by nature you prefer to travel along known pathways rather than venture into new and exciting areas. At times you can also be a little over-indulgent, but then you can usually afford to be. You're also like to have fixed religious ideas, whether they be traditional or unorthodox. It's not that you're narrow-minded, but rather than you adhere to a set of beliefs which can be your guide through life. You're interested in practical spirituality. In other words you believe that it's important to incorporate your religious or spiritual ideals into everyday life. "Actions speak louder than words" may be an appropriate adage for your personal beliefs. For this reason you could also become a patron of a group or organisations.

Saturn in Aries

The planet Saturn in the sign of Aries signifies that you're resourceful, and capable of applying new methods of approaching a project or problem in a practical manner. You're ambitious and prefer to carry out tasks on your own rather than in a group. If you do take part in group projects then you're likely to be the leader. You're able to slowly and surely achieve your ambitions, although it's more likely to be later than earlier in life. Your lessons are in patience and self-reliance. Once you've mastered these traits then you can resolutely work towards your objectives. You've good reasoning faculties. You tend to be reserved rather than outgoing, although you're touchy and easily-angered when under pressure. Those who know you well can sometimes feel the brunt of your temper. Astrologically speaking the planet Saturn is in an ill-favoured position in the sign of Aries meaning that you need to beware of your tendency to try to achieve all of your goals on your own without recognising the contribution of other people.

Uranus in Aries

The planet Uranus was in the sign of Aries from 1928 - 1934. It's important to note that Uranus spends a long time in each sign, and therefore the interpretation applies to a generation rather than the individual. For a more individual interpretation you need to look at the house position of Uranus in your chart. Uranus in the sign of Aries indicates that you belong to a generation of people who show initiative and spontaneity. This generation is keen to break down old structures, in order to pave the way for new and creative forms in society. Your creativity soars when you're tackling new projects and using your initiative.

Neptune in Leo

The planet Neptune was in the sign of Leo from 1914 - 1929. It's important to note that Neptune takes about 164 years to make a complete cycle, spending about thirteen years in each sign, and therefore the interpretation applies to a generation rather than the individual. For a more individual interpretation you need to look at the house position of Neptune in your chart. Neptune in the sign of Leo indicates that you belong to a generation closely linked with the creative arts and spirituality. These two field can provide you with pleasure and inspiration, and you may be an inspiration to others through your artistic talents or spiritual beliefs. Extravagance can also be a result of your generation because of the extent to which pleasure is pursued.

Pluto in Sagittarius

The planet Pluto is in the sign of Sagittarius from 1995 - 2008. It's important to note that Pluto takes about 248 years to make a complete cycle, spending 12 - 32 years in each sign, and therefore the interpretation applies to a generation rather than the individual. For a more individual interpretation you need to look at the house position of Pluto in your chart. Pluto in the sign of Sagittarius suggests that you belong to a generation needing to transform their religious views to incorporate all philosophies and religions. This could come as a result of world-wide religious upheaval and conflict.

Chiron in Aquarius

You may sense that you do not fit in to the mainstream, indeed you may not want to, and may prefer to stand apart. Trying to fit in, forcing issues, feeling isolated or cut off, or having to change your approach in order to fit in, can cause you stress. On the one hand, you value your independence and creative freedom, but having autonomy comes with a sense of isolation. You can also feel uncertain about your identity. This is the key to your wound.

As you search for your identity, you are likely to be interested in alternative approaches to living. Creative expression is important to you, but you may have trouble finding your particular niche until you understand more about yourself. Don't be disheartened by a lack of immediate results as you explore your options. You may mistakenly believe that your progress should be faster, or should happen with greater ease, but that is not the case. You sometimes think that you are right and everyone else is wrong, or vice versa. It is possible you may be resistant to new ideas, information or technology, or be well ahead of the times and full of new ideas that you have trouble getting off the ground. Circulation problems, high or low blood pressure, burnout, panic attacks, nervous disorders, or headaches can be signals that you need to relax and go with the flow. Find a balance between fluctuating extremes and try to keep an open mind. Try meditation, hypnotherapy, homoeopathy, or acupuncture. Explore a variety of alternative and non-traditional options.

Healing will truly come to you, when you learn to remove any mental blocks and honour your uniqueness.

Discovering more about yourself will lead you to express your creativity and embrace your individuality. In your search, explore a range of options, ideas and lifestyles. As you do so, you will come to know yourself better by becoming aware of the similarities and differences between yourself and others. The by-product of these encounters is your growing self-awareness and insight that will eventually lead you to find your true self and a way to express your unique creativity.

Planets in Houses

Sun in 6th house

You have the Sun in the 6th house which suggests that energy directed towards well being, work and identifying the compatible components of an everyday life are important to you. The Sun shining in your 6th house suggests that it is important your identity is reflected in what you do. Therefore work is the sphere of your life where you are most likely to come face to face with yourself. Think of your workplace as your playground, your studio or a theatre where you get to play the biggest role of your life. Through work you are able to build your identity, forge the confidence in your own capabilities and find a sense of fulfillment.

The Sun being in the work sector of your horoscope also suggests that your occupation is vital to your well being and integral to your sense of growth and confidence. It is important that you find work where you can excel and be recognised for your capabilities. Your work becomes a vital aspect of your life as it is the sphere where you will forge your identity and self esteem, growing in confidence and capability as you develop. Therefore it is necessary to find roles where you are able to feel fostered and directed by a strong manager who is able to give you direction and acknowledgement. But be alert to confusing your boss with your father; he or she are not the same person. Favouritism may be a theme in your work place; whether it is you or your co-workers who are favoured, this complex may fuel dissension with others less favoured or who feel under acknowledged. Therefore it is best to be aware of this and remain detached from any office popularity contests. You work well given a task, a deadline and a goal, improving your skills on the job as you go. If you rise to a managerial position then these are the skills that have been recognized by those in authority. You are focused, not on the need to rise to power, but rather a need to be useful, scheduled and discipline; hence destiny may lead you in the direction of the service industries, analytical occupations or work connected to health and well being. You may also discover an affinity with animals that needs to be expressed in your work environment. Therefore professions such as animal husbandry and farming, or the breeding, training and caring for animals may appeal.

Work is a highly creative place for you as this is the forge where you temper your sense of who you are. It is important for you to be successful in your work and take pride in what you do. Therefore if you do not identify with what you are doing, are not feeling acknowledged or cannot find your reflection in your work, then you may be easily depleted and burnt out. Ironically working gives you energy and vitality when you are connected to what you do; without this identification to your work, you feel rudderless and direction-less. However it is also important to shine where you are and find the courage and confidence to stand up for yourself in the working environment. Your task is to put your own label on what you do. Make your own mark on the workplace by creating an impressive imprint; remember work is the arena where you develop your personality and image. Your position may not yet be created therefore it is up to you to start to create the position that you would like to fill.

Because your chart suggests the need to be personally involved with work, you may be drawn to occupations, which showcase your creative abilities. You are inherently good at managing and producing yours and others creativity. However, you also have an untapped patience and dedication, which you can focus on what you are doing. Often this means you may apply yourself to a task and become so involved you lose some perspective on other areas of your life. Therefore it is wise to remember balance in your daily regimen. Your destiny is to be identified for what you do and therefore it is very important that you recognise the value and fulfillment of work. The secret of your success is your ability to be identified with your job. When you do, others will see what you are capable of and marvel.

Moon in 12th House

It is time to slow down and reflect on your life. You are ending one phase of your life and starting another. This does not mean that everything changes during this phase, but rather that you change in some meaningful way. At the end of this phase you may be in the same career, home, and relationship with the same friends and family members. However, you are likely to have changed in some way. Of course, it is possible that your process of reflection results in a change of direction, ending one phase of your life before moving on to a completely new scenario. You would be well advised to ponder any changes rather than make rash decisions. This is a time of you working surreptitiously to achieve your life goals. You are unlikely to receive recognition for your efforts right now. This will come later. You can liken this phase to a theatrical production. Much behind the scenes work is carried out on a production before the season begins. The director plots the action, the actors rehearse, the sets, lighting and costumes are designed, to name just some of the behind the scenes activities. Eventually the lights go up on a polished and professional performance and everyone receives well-deserved accolades. Right now you are working behind the scenes on something important in your life. This could be a hobby, a work project, home renovations, pregnancy, finances or perhaps even a budding relationship. It is important that you take time to contemplate your goals and personal needs so that you can benefit from the rewards that come in the next phase of your life. Procrastination is not helpful during this phase. Meditation and prayer may be beneficial. The sign of your progressed Moon will also show you the manner in which you are likely to withdraw from society. For instance if your progressed Moon is in a fire or air sign then you are more likely to be restless unless actively working behind the scenes on a project. If your progressed Moon is in an earth or water sign then you may be more satisfied to reflect quietly on the different aspects of your life.

Mercury in 5th House

Now you can turn your mind to creative and fun projects, particularly those that involve the written or spoken word. You can stop applying logic, and start playing with ideas. It is time to claim your inner child. You may also become more involved with children through your work, a hobby or in your own family. Children come and go during this period, as you welcome a new child into your family or farewell an older child. If you are undergoing the 'empty nest' syndrome you are likely to adapt rather quickly and welcome your new creative freedom.

Venus in 7th House

The planet of love is progressing slowly through your marriage sector. You can look at the moment that this lucky planet first triggered the sensitive axis of love, however; you are likely to feel its warm and loving rays for some time. If you are single and asking the question, "When will I find love?" then the answer is very soon, if not already. Now is an excellent time to focus on the type of person who you would like to attract into your life. It has been said that some spend more time shopping for shoes or cars that searching for a life-time partner. Well this is your time to rectify any oversights when it comes to love. It is time to draw up your relationship wishlist, decide what is negotiable and not-negotiable and then socialise in places that you enjoy and which are possible meeting places. Perhaps someone already exists? Have you taken a look at friends close to home? Once you have drawn up your relationship wishlist then you may be well advised to re-think some of your friendships in the light of possible romance. As this planet moves through this sector you may feel more and more determined to find love. However, you need to avoid feelings of desperation. As a television character in "Big Bang Theory" states, do not indulge in "desperation emanation, of anti-phermones". If you find that you are becoming somewhat "desperate" then turn your attention to self-improvement, in particular grooming and pleasurable activities. Ask yourself, "would I like to be married to me?" the good news is that you are likely to attract not one but many potential lovers during this phase, so focus on what you value most and enjoy. If you are married then this period could signal a time of renewed romance. Set aside some time for activities that promote fun, pleasure and romance.

Mars in 8th House

As the planet Mars progresses into the 8th House of your birth chart you are likely to discover what it means to be self-sacrificing. Contrarily your emotions and/or sexuality can become more prominent. Your challenge is to set aside your own desires so that you can focus on projects or people other than yourself. This can initially be challenging, but ultimately it is all part of the getting of wisdom. The good news is that you are likely to have access to increasingly more and more resources in order to help you gain understanding of the cycles of life, and the higher purpose of your life.

Jupiter in 2nd house

Planets in the 2nd house are forces that shape your worth and value and help you to understand your innate resources. Forging an alliance with this energy can create a supportive and positive approach to your own sense of worth. Jupiter, the largest planet in our solar system, brings its generous and open-hearted spirit into the realm of your finances and earning capacity. On one hand this suggests a positive and confident approach to making a living, as well as an ability to be financially prosperous. Yet on the other hand this might reveal a sense of entitlement and superiority. Finding the right balance is the key to being successful, as it is your enthusiasm, confidence and leadership abilities that will pay off. Acting successful and being confident are the forerunners of actual success.

Lady luck is often considered to be Jupiter's partner, therefore in the 2nd house this suggests that you too may be partnered by wealth. At the very least this might suggest that there are more times when the wheel of fortune is rising that falling. Therefore you need to take advantage of the good times, as these will be very lucrative for you. It is during these thriving times that you can build your wealth. One of your great assets is your faith and optimism and when you project this positive attitude onto money and earning your living it works well for you. You have a Midas touch when needed and are able to turn around difficult situations to make them work for you. However when you feel dispirited or depressed you may over invest or become blinded to realistic possibilities. It is important to recognise when you are in touch with the authentic sense of possibilities and when you are inflated. Therefore, take an inventory of your most resourceful assets. Most probably these will be your spontaneity, insight, vision, faith in the future, optimism, generosity and enthusiasm.

Vocationally the archetype of Jupiter is associated with philosophies, ideologies and concepts. Therefore careers involved in expanding people's understanding of themselves and the world around them or administering to individual's religious and soul-needs might be of interest. You may feel drawn to educating and inspiring others to a greater understanding or feel the need to work in travel and dealing with international concerns. Your great skill is in sharing knowledge with others and there may be many ways that this may manifest in your earning a living. The search for meaning is entwined with making a living and it is very important that you feel your job is meaningful and purposeful or you lose spirit. When you lose this spirit and optimism you also lose touch with your innate resources and capacity to earn a good living. Therefore meaning in what you do is optimum. Jupiter represents the religious quest and in the corporate world money and god can become confused. Therefore it is worthwhile reflecting on the significance of money and what value it has in your life.

Saturn in 1st House

The planet Saturn progresses slowly through the Zodiac and therefore its influence is subtle. Saturn is a wonderful planet when you do your homework. However, if you try to escape your responsibilities then you are likely to suffer the consequences. So wherever this planet progresses you need to listen to your conscience and obey, rather than try to cut corners. In your case Saturn is progressing now through the 1st House of your Birth Chart indicating that you take your own health and happiness very seriously. You may have been born with Saturn in the 1st House of your Birth Chart and therefore you may always have had a serious side to your personality. However, your Progressed Saturn is certainly indicating that self-development is a key factor in your life. One of your life lessons is to grapple with your self-perception versus how others see you. Are you truly aware of the impact that your personality has on others? Are you compassionate and empathetic? You need to seriously ask yourself how you are contributing to any problems that you have in relating to others. The more that you can take responsibility for your own personality the more that you are likely to achieve good health and happiness.

Uranus in 1st House

The planet Uranus is in the 1st House of your birth chart suggesting that you're one of a kind - a real individual, who stands out in a crowd. And this is the way that you like it. The tried and true paths through life don't interest you. An original thinker, perhaps even a genius in your field, you're eager to embrace new ideas and projects. You're excited by innovative and challenging ideas and projects. It's definitely a case of "out with the old and in with the new". Rules are meant to be broken and traditions are meant to be defied as far as you're concerned. You like to take risks, and can be a bit of a dare-devil. In fact if anyone tries to curb your freedom, you're willing to fight for your rights to be independent. It's possible that others will turn to you for leadership, wanting you to fight for their rights as well. For this reason you could be at the forefront of humanitarian or political causes. It's also possible that metaphysical, scientific and occult discoveries fascinate your intelligent and intuitive mind. Your appearance is likely to reflect your original personality, resulting in some original and innovated fashion statements. Although you may appear odd at times to other people, your original approach to life is likely to overcome their concerns.

Neptune in 6th house

Planets in the 6th house represent traits that need to be accessed regularly and integrated into your lifestyle. You have Neptune in the 6th house; therefore you may not have a clear conviction of work or what you would like to do. Work may feel mysterious, unknown, not formed. This might be due to your expectations and idealism; however, the truth is probably that you create your work and lifestyle as you go. Your work picture is slowly developed over time. You are able to sense and imagine what you want to do, but it takes time for that to become real. Since Neptune is not well suited to the 6th house, you are given an important task this lifetime. Neptune's nature is to be uncontained, unformed, fluid with no boundaries, yet the 6th house is a house where order and ritual are important. Therefore the task is to find a way to integrate the creative spirit that wants to be spiritual and transcendent with the everyday tasks of productivity and work. In a perfect world your everyday and your spiritual work are aligned in the jobs you do.

There are two ways this might be possible. The first is the creative sphere where the magical aspect of Neptune can be staged or given a canvas or a screen to project its vivid images onto. With Neptune in this house you can tap into its boundless imagination to produce moving and inspirational works of art. The medium is your choice. Whether it takes the form of film, dance, acting, painting, writing, music or any other, you can be sure the muse will show up. The second outlet is the helping professions. With solid training, good boundaries and focus you have an innate ability to tap into the compassionate and empathetic sides of yourself to help others in need. Both paths are fed by the innate urge to be of service. This is a spiritual calling and in the midst of the 21st century you are compelled to find the spiritual in the everyday, the sacred in the mundane. This is a difficult task in a corporate world, but not impossible. One of the main focuses of your work is to bridge what is ideal with what is possible. Therefore you may be in a variety of positions where you must navigate between the world of the imagination and the world of work.

The everyday world of work with its guidelines, routines, procedures and protocol may not be an easy fit for the aspect of your nature that is otherworldly. Therefore it is necessary to honour this aspect of yourself through hobby or other ritual. In this way you can appease the soulful need to do creative work even when you may be occupied in a soulless job. Whether you paint, take dance lessons, sing in a choir, write poetry or fiction, meditate or bush walk it is necessary that you revere the spiritual and creative aspects of yourself. When it lacks expression it subtly finds its way into consciousness through fatigue, lethargy, loss of concentration and forgetfulness. Physically Neptunian ailments are hard to diagnose, as they belong to the soul not the body. Therefore spiritual work is the way to remain well. Always, it is important to recognise that when the pressures of work are overwhelming, find a sanctuary where you feel still and balanced.

Pluto in 10th house

In your 10th house you have the planet Pluto, whose realm is the underworld, the mythological sphere where treasures and riches were buried. Pluto’s name means riches and wherever Pluto is in the horoscope you will be empowered to find the buried treasure. However, this place is also the ‘door to Dis’; Dis, being the Roman name for the underworld god. Therefore this is where you may locate the subterranean feelings which have been unexpressed in your family, suggesting that your vocational path may be littered with the shades, ghosts and secrets of your familial past. Yet it also suggests that you are uncovering valuables and riches not experienced before in your family.

Pluto is associated with loss, unexpressed grief, traumatic and shameful feelings, secrets as well as a host of unacceptable feelings such as anger, rage, resentment, jealousy, envy etc. In a vocational sense, Pluto often deals with vocations which dig deep down, either into the literal ground, or into the psychic ground of an individual to locate the truth and encourage the release of the repressed. Hence psychotherapy, oncology and bereavement counselling are all vocational descriptions which are worth considering. Pluto rules research and investigative vocations such as depth psychology, doctors, loss and grief practitioners, bereavement counsellors, work in the mines, subways or underground, plumbing, medical researchers, investigative reporting, police and governmental undercover agencies, detectives, archaeologists. All these vocations would be consistent with this image in your horoscope.

Pluto is also the realm of the dead and in a vocational sense you might be involved with this literal realm or careers where the cycle of destruction and renewal is prevalent. Burials, undertaking professions, coroners, mortuary work, wills and legal vocations concerning inheritances, the dead and the rights of the dead, insurance agents, demolition and renovation work would be consistent with this image. The power of Pluto to influence the masses and transform public opinion is reflected in careers like marketing researchers, media and vocations of influence, politics, police work, big business and government.

One of the main dilemmas with this placement is that your solitude and need to be alone is placed in the path of your career. This might suggest you have ambivalence about being public or known; however, it also reinforces the need to find your privacy and solitude in your working life. With Pluto on your Midheaven your destiny will involve you with people in powerful positions, influential businesses and transforming occupations. It is important for you to recognise that you make an impact on your world even if you are unaware of it.

;PLANETS ON MC/IC

NorthNode in 2nd House

Your North Node is in the 2nd House with the South Node being placed in the eighth. Astrologically this is the polarity that sets your personal worth and assets in opposition to the pool of shared resources and mutual values. In your chart the tendency may be to become entangled with others' assets before clearly having defined your own. On a mundane level this could simply suggest that you are adept at handling other people's money and investments but need to be more aware of building your own wealth and capital. On an emotional level this could indicate that you become deeply involved with others. However, being therapeutic and intensely aware of others' needs may deplete your own emotional reserves. Professionally this suggests that your innate ability to be deeply connected to others needs, your restorative nature and your capacity to successfully build up others' capital resources must be aligned with your own needs. Vocationally this hints at a resourceful career in the healing, research, financial or investment sectors.

What am I worth is an important question to ask on your road to enlightenment. Finding the answer to this question, along with developing yourself-esteem and self worth, is the invitation offered by your nodal axis. Your task is to develop your own resources, skills and wherewithal. It may be tempting to rely on the emotional, financial and material resources of others but security is not there; instead it lies in the possession and ownership of yourself and the journey towards finding your own values. With a well-developed sense of self-esteem and value you are more able to find the intimate relationship to share yourself and not be ripped off. But until you have developed that sense of self worth there may be a risk of counting on others who are not skilled to be emotionally and financially equal. Therefore it is wise not to trust or count on others until you know you can count on and trust in yourself. The course of your path in the world echoes the theme of trust, security and value of the self, learning to respect your innate sense of worth and value. Once you learn to manage your own power and abilities you will find that others will want to invest in your resources.

Chiron in 12th House

Relationships are delicately balanced at the best of times. A loving and sound relationship offers the opportunity for healing of emotional wounds from the past and personal growth and fulfilment. When two people relate in a loving way, working through emotionally difficult times then Chiron is working at its best. At times in relationship, one person may inadvertently trigger the other’s hurt feelings. These feelings may be left over from your childhood, or from a previous relationship. Either way your current relationship is an opportunity to relate differently. A loving union provides the chance to let go of the past and experience intimacy and true love now. This placement of Chiron in your Combined Chart indicates a strong subconscious connection. You are drawn to each other without really understanding why. This is your challenge. You need to understand this attraction before making a full commitment. If you are drawn to each other because you share a strong sense of empathy then this can be the basis for a meaningful relationship. However, if one of you feels sympathetic to the other’s dire circumstances in life, and wants to protect, or perhaps even subconsciously take advantage of the other, then this is a relationship to be viewed with caution. Either way this union does provide you both with an opportunity to face and heal deeply held wounds from the past. In some cases two people who have faced and risen above addictions can form a strong and supportive bond. Together you may discover a profound interest in the arts, music, poetry and other such pursuits, or in healing or spirituality. Together you may benefit from meditation and retreat, as long as you also take part in practical and earthy activities. It is important that this relationship does not become one of supporting each other’s addictions, wounds or need to permanently retreat from the world. This union needs to help one or both of you heal the past and move forward in a loving, safe and wholesome manner. As you find you own fulfilment, together you may work with other people, helping them to find peace and contentment.

Nodes

NorthNode in Taurus

You were born with the North Node in Taurus and the South Node in Scorpio, which suggests that you have an innate ability to draw on the resources of others and utilise them for a beneficial outcome. Resources are important to you and the feeling that you can rely on your own assets and reserves is essential. While you might feel drawn to emotionally and financially depend on others it is important to build your own capital and security. Qualities that are important to develop on your vocational course are loyalty, trustworthiness and reliability, as these will help you feel content and successful, not only in what you do, but who you are as a person. Your vocational invitation is to develop your self worth and value through your vocation and come to intimately know how resourceful you are.

Vocationally there is a need to be occupied with what is crucial and important; to be able to feel you can get to the core of your tasks, and to uncover and expose what needs to be changed. You have inherited a knack of being able to manage crisis, repair and renovate what has become ill or damaged, and rebuild and transform what is out dated. You could also be adept at enabling others to delve deeply into themselves to uncover negative patterns from the past, being astute at healing and therapeutic situations. Now these innate skills need to be focused and one of the best ways is a 'hands-on' approach.

You need to be able to trust those you work with and for and therefore you might hold yourself back for fear of being misjudged or misunderstood. When you team up with others you can be highly successful; however your path of destiny suggests to first build up your own strength and security before you share your resources with others. Once you have accumulated your own resources and assets you will be better equipped to be met on that intense and intimate level you desire, then the horizon of possibilities with another is endless. While you have a deep understanding of the emotional needs and desires of others to realise your maximum potential you need to let others find their own emotional and financial support systems. Vocationally you seek to be secure and the dragon you battle is the regressive urge to let others do this for you. Developing patience, substance and a core of integrity, helps enormously in your feeling successful. Your wealth lies in the depth of soul and intimacy that you are able to provide others.

Aspects

Sun Hard Moon

When the Sun and the Moon are combining unfavourably in your chart, it means that you're likely to have difficulty succeeding in life. You may have trouble in money matters, struggle with employment, and suffer at the hands of other people. You should be particularly wary of troublesome women, who could create obstacles to you achieving your goals. In some cases, this combination can also mean that you suffer from ill health, which further hinders your chances of success.

Sun Hard Mars

The Sun is making a difficult contact with the planet Mars in your birth chart meaning that your life goals are constantly being challenged. This is most frustrating because you know what you want to achieve, but obstacles often seem to stand in your way. As a young child it's likely that strong parent figures or difficult circumstances prevented you from getting all that you wanted. Now as an adult the battle continues, and you feel that you have to fight to achieve your goals. You may not be aware of how often you're jeopardising your own success by trying too hard and tackling projects and other people too aggressively. You need to learn the difference between assertion and aggression. You may believe that you're simply stating your own case clearly, but others believe that you're being pushy and dogmatic. The positive side is that you've plenty of energy to achieve your goals, you enjoy taking risks and are not afraid of confronting difficulties. You simply need to find a healthy outlet for your enthusiasm and energy. The challenge is to use your will power so that you can achieve success through co-operation with others.

Sun Hard Pluto

The road to achieving your life goals is going to be tough because the Sun is making a difficult aspect to the planet Pluto in your birth chart. On a positive note you're a powerful and ambitious person, who enjoys rising to a challenge. You enjoy tackling difficult tasks, particularly the projects which other people have put in the too-hard basket. You're likely to succeed where others have failed, but the path will be strewn with obstacles. It could be circumstances which stand in your way. Perhaps your childhood was difficult, failing to provide you with the support needed for a successful adult life. It's possible that a dominant father figure blocked your success, perhaps even abusing himself or you in the process. As a result you're likely to experience strong emotions, possibly anger, when you reflect on your experiences. You can be explosive and unpredictable and have trouble controlling your emotions, feeling that the world is opposing your deepest wishes. Your challenge is to be powerful in the most positive sense of the word. This way you achieve your life goals without causing too much damage on the way!

;*Explanation

Sun Hard Jupiter

The Sun is making contact with the planet Jupiter in your birth chart indicating that you've the ability to achieve your life goals, but the path isn't always easy. On the positive side you are optimistic and enthusiastic and are likely to encounter good fortune at some stage during your life. It's possible that a father or grandfather figure gives you a helping hand towards achieving your goals. However, you've a tendency to jeopardise your own success through being grandiose in your goals and plans. You've an overly-optimistic and idealistic approach to life, which prevents you from making a realistic appraisal of most situations. You can be restless, needing excitement and adventure, finding it difficult to commit to a course of action or to settle in one place. Depending on other influences in your chart you're the typical ideas person who has difficulty putting in the hard work needed to achieve a finished product. Your challenge is to find a balance between stability and adventure. "Moderation in all things" could be a good motto to remind you to curb your excesses. Once you've learned self-restraint then you're able to reach all of your goals.

Sun Soft Uranus

The Sun is making contact with the planet Uranus in your birth chart meaning that you're a highly-talented and unique individual, determined to carve your own destiny rather than follow traditional paths. You're brimming with original and innovative ideas, which you're eager to put into action. Your goals may change during the course of your life, but this doesn't concern you, as long as you've a range of options. Doggedly independent, you like to be given the freedom to explore your talents and to learn by your own mistakes. You respect other people's individual rights, and expect them to respect yours. It's not that you're selfish. Quite the contrary. Your goal is to use your talents and ideas for the benefit of other people, perhaps even the whole of humanity. You've strong will power and are a leader rather than a follower, refusing to bow to another person's will. Others may see you as arrogant, wilful and disruptive at times, but they are attracted to your electric personality. Like moths to a flame they are fascinated by your tremendous energy and the unique manner in which you view life. You often have flashes of intuition and are capable of sudden, decisive action, which can take other people by surprise. It's possible that you've inherited your talents from a male member of your family, in particular your father. It's likely that your father, or an important father figure, has had a marked effect on your life. Perhaps you were encouraged to break free of tradition in order to develop your interests, or perhaps the absence of a dominant male meant that you experienced a lot of freedom as a child. In some cases this influence can indicate a strong father figure against whom you rebel. Either way, it's your need to be treated as an individual that's paramount. Life is full of surprises and that's the way that you like it.

Moon Opposition Neptune

During this period you are more sensitive to other people and your surroundings. For this reason you may feel confused. Your former goals may have lost some of their meaning. Try not to be too concerned. You simply need to slow down, rest and reflect on some important aspects of your life. As part of this process you may feel the urge to take part in creative, spiritual or artistic pursuits. These can be a valuable means of exploring your feelings, but don't let yourself be carried away. You are vulnerable right now and need to avoid making lifelong commitments. It is a time for exploration rather than obligation. Your dream life may also be more active, as you tune in to your intuitive nature. Dreams may be more vivid, carrying messages for your waking life. Your perceptions and goals are changing in subtle ways. You need to avoid making decisions that require logic. Preferably you should learn to listen to your intuition. If in doubt then take your time before making life-changing decisions. This is a time to gently explore the more subtle realms of life, rather than forge ahead with definitive goals. You are rather like the butterfly that is emerging from the cocoon. Try not to force the process, but rather take your time and enjoy the new emerging you. As a result you will discover new depths and meanings that colour your life in significant ways.

Moon Hard Neptune

The Moon is making a difficult aspect to the planet Neptune in your birth chart indicating that you've a sensitive nature, and are prone to spending long periods of time in solitude in the safety of your home. Sometimes you thoroughly enjoy your own company, but at other times you can feel somewhat despondent and confused, tired and caught in a web of inexplicable emotions. The problem may be that you're unrealistic in your expectations of yourself and your loved ones, idealising them only to be disillusioned when they fail to live up to your expectations. A more realistic approach can be helpful. You're often confused about your direction in life, wondering if you'll ever fulfil your dreams. Your home needs to be your haven from the world because you feel overwhelmed by the harsh realities of the world, and you need to shut away. If this isn't possible then it's likely that you'll be distressed. Depending on other influences in your chart it's possible that you spend long periods living in a fantasy world. Family members may have stories about your daydreaming ways as a child, which continue well into adulthood. It's also possible that your loved ones feel the need to bring you back down to earth, believing that this will help you cope with the world. Nevertheless you have learned to trust your own instincts, telling you of a need to escape somewhere to dream, even if it's only one room. In this case a room with a beautiful view would definitely appeal to your aesthetic nature. It's likely that your relationship with your mother, grandmother, or an important woman, has played a key role in your life, positively or negatively. On the negative side it's possible that this mother figure demanded that you ignore your sensitive nature, turning your back on your artistic and spiritual gifts. On the other hand perhaps she cosseted you as a child and adolescent, fanning your unrealistic view of the world. Another scenario could have been that your mother was unwell, or regularly adopted a victim-like approach to life, which forced you into the role of caretaker at a young age. Whatever the scenario in your childhood, the outcome is likely to be your own struggle to face your responsibilities while still finding time for your spiritual, artistic, or contemplative needs. It's possible that this same woman, or another woman, could have encouraged you to develop the imaginative side of your nature. Perhaps this woman had artistic or spiritual gifts, or encouraged your own talents. Whatever the scenario, it's likely that you've an idealised or distorted picture in your mind of this woman, which affects your adult relationships with your loved ones. Your lesson is to learn to balance your needs for artistry, spiritual pursuits or moments of quiet contemplation with the practical, and very-real, demands of the mundane. This is when you are most likely to appreciate the soothing nature of your home. Your house may also be a restful haven for your loved ones, because you've a flair for creating a peaceful environment. You've the ability to listen with sensitivity to other people's problems and plans, or to create a beautiful environment with artistic ornaments, soothing music and indoor plants and flowers. Perhaps you also have artistic talents, which can be displayed in your home. You may find a great sense of satisfaction in living close to water, or surrounded by nature.

Moon Soft Saturn

Much of your adult life has been spent trying to overcome the difficulties that you faced as a child in your home and family. Astrologically speaking this is because the planet Saturn is contacting the Moon in your birth chart. Ancient astrologers believed that the planet Saturn had a negative influence in a person's chart. In your case your early home life has been adversely affected. The extent of this effect depends largely on other influences in your chart. In some cases it can mean that your childhood home lacked spontaneity and warmth, but was well-organised and structured in a manner which helped you to feel supported and safe. However, it's more likely that circumstances in your family led to you feeling that home was a cold and unsupportive environment. This could have been one painful incident such as the loss of a family member, or it could have been the result of years of hardship. It's possible that one of your parents, perhaps your mother, was a strict and severe influence, unable to show you the affection that you felt you deserved. As a result it's likely that you're somewhat shy as an adult, lacking in self-confidence and sensitive to criticism. You may be emotionally reserved. Perhaps you decide to live in solitude rather than risk the lack of affection and warmth that you felt as a child. As you grow older, you're likely to become more confident in your personal relationships. You learn about personal relationships through life experience, and your loved ones also become more mature. As a result your relationships with other people become more stable and satisfying as you grow older. You also develop an inner self-confidence which helps you build firm foundations in your life and achieve your ambitions, as well as loving family relationships. You work solidly to build yourself a secure and firm footing, earning the respect of those around you. You can succeed in business and in your career, particularly through being noticed by your superiors. You may also benefit through investments in land and property.

Mercury Hard Saturn

The planet Mercury is making unfavourable contact with the planet Saturn in your birth chart meaning that you experience delays and obstacles in your education and communication at some stage of your life. This could be problems with teachers in early childhood education, or a change of school which proves unsatisfactory, or possibly early-learning difficulties. This is likely to have been a problem when you were a child. Perhaps a teacher or a parent was critical of your ideas, or you were shy. Perhaps circumstances, such as financial loss or death, troubled your mind or prevented you from completing your education. Whatever the scenario, it's likely that you continue to be exposed to disappointments as you grow older. You seem to be subject to criticism and opposition, hindering your plans and communications with other people. These delays are most likely to occur in connection to your studies, contracts, books, and negotiations with other people. You also need to be wary of unnecessary gloomy thoughts. At times you may sympathise with the misery of the donkey Eeyore in A. A. Milne's Winnie the Pooh. You would do well to remember that it's possible that you've become overly sensitive to criticism as a result of your childhood experiences. You may be reacting to perceived sleights, which were not intended. It's also possible that you've become set in your ideas and find it difficult to change your mind. Your rigidity may be preventing you from understanding the true meaning of other's words and actions. Although you've difficulty in communicating your thoughts to others and overcoming the obstacles in your education, you do have strong will power. Your strength of mind and persistence can be put to good use. You may be particularly interested in science, medicine, or politics, although you're more likely to adhere to traditional approaches. You've the ability to become a voice of authority in your field of expertise, particularly a field which requires. In other words you're capable of achieving whatever you set your mind to despite the obstacles.

Mercury Hard Pluto

The planets Mercury and Pluto are combined in your birth chart suggesting that your education and communications are coloured with highs and lows. On the positive side you've a probing mind and the ability to assess situations rapidly, which can lead to success in your studies. You're likely to excel in any education process which requires research and intense work. It's also likely that these gifts will help you excel in any professional or personal situation which involves counselling or crisis work. Your insightful mind proves invaluable in such situations. You enjoy investigating mysteries and probing for hidden truths. Although you can be secretive by nature, you find it difficult to appreciate other people's need for privacy. You feel impelled to uncover any secret, be it personal or societal. Fortunately you also know how to keep secrets. It's likely that you've learnt to rely on your own judgement from an early age. Perhaps a threatening environment, at home, in your neighbourhood, or at school, meant that your instincts were a vital means of survival. It could also have been a crisis, ranging from a traumatic change of school or a death, that led to your ability to see situations clearly and honestly. The gifts can be used to benefit your adult life, and other people. However, problems are likely to arise because of your inability to see the lighter side of life, and to accept that occasionally you might be wrong! You are a deep thinker with wonderful powers of concentration, but you can become obsessive, seeing only innuendos and subtleties in communications, rather than the bigger and often brighter picture. This obsessive side of your nature means that you also tend to believe that others are opposed to your thoughts and ideas, when perhaps they're not. You need to battle to overcome your tendency to create conflict and then seek revenge in such situations. If you believe that you're losing sight of the plot, then seek advice from a trusted friend or colleague. You are at your most powerful when using your insights for positive purposes. In particular your honesty and insights can be useful in a counselling situation, but be careful of taking these talents out of the consulting room unless invited to do so. Friends and loved ones may not always appreciate your ability to get straight to the point, particularly if they're feeling vulnerable or emotionally distraught. You need to learn tact and diplomacy and sensitivity to other people's pain. Your gifts, combined with compassion, make you a powerful advocate in any field.

Venus Soft Jupiter

"Lucky in love and money". This could be your personal motto because the favourable planets Jupiter and Venus are combining to shine good fortune on your relationships and finances. You're fun loving, generous and popular. With your sympathetic and kind nature, you've a talent for putting other people at their ease. You're optimistic and talented, full of joie de vivre. Therefore you're likely to be surrounded by supportive friends, and many potential life partners. You're seeking a relationship with someone who will expand your horizons, perhaps even joining your travels around the world. You love to share adventures, philosophies and goals. Other influences in your chart may indicate that you prefer to keep the home fires burning, but it's more likely that you seek adventure and romance with your partner.

Mars Hard Jupiter

The planets Mars and Jupiter are combining in your chart indicating that your hasty judgement can sometimes land you in hot water. You've plenty of motivation to achieve your goals, but lack proper judgement and discernment so that you miscalculate the amount of time and energy needed. You're careless and impulsive, and need to be careful of accidents which are a result of you rushing around and trying to achieve too much. The motto "you're your own worst enemy" could be one for you to reflect upon. Depending on other aspects in your chart you're also excessive in your generosity. You need to develop self discipline as your impulsiveness may be an impediment to reaching your goals. On a more positive note you're a lively and resourceful person, who delights in good health and keeping busy. Any course of action is entered into with confidence and determination to succeed, which you're likely to do despite the obstacles. You certainly know how to get yourself and other people motivated, and can make a good leader or manager. You may be particularly keen to travel, enjoying the stimulation of visiting other venues. You could direct your energy to achievement in sports, politics or travel. Once you have learnt to manage your resources you can achieve many of your goals.

Saturn trine Neptune

With Saturn Trine Neptune, you experience a gentle yet serious confluence between Kafziel and Tamiel. Kafziel is the Angel of memory, solitude, and tears. Together these Angels put you on the path of personal integrity as surely as you follow one thought with another.

Your slow growth of understanding could be seen as a weakness. However, your path is one of steady, almost certain forward progress. You analyze and consider each decision and each new idea. In this way every step is firm and solid, not tentative or half-hearted.

Intelligent activity becomes part of your nature. Intelligent activity involves the skillful use and application of knowledge, so you must first gain knowledge before you can apply it effectively. Kafziel and Tamiel work in concert in your life by first supplying the means to learn, and then aiding your mind through dreams or visualizations of how to use the information you have gained.

As you allow your Angels into your life, you gain the capacity to maintain hope in the face of seeming disaster. You discover that even in the most difficult circumstances, you have Angelic protection, and you can find a way to work your way out of the problem.

These Angels help you learn how to manage pain. When you or someone else experience severe physical or emotional pain, your Angels provide the means for relieving its severity, as well as providing the path to resolving it altogether.

Zadkiel and Tamiel provide dreams to help you through life's difficulties. You have tenacity of spirit, and your Angels support its use. Sometimes you will have a conscious idea, and you work step by step to make that dream a reality. Other times dreams provide very direct messages about your life. Either way, your mental strength is a special ally throughout your life.

Saturn Soft Neptune

The favourable combination of the planets Saturn and Neptune indicate that you've the ability to be both practical and creative. If you have musical or artistic talent you have the self-discipline to make something of your gift. Whereas other people may give up in despair, you're likely to endure through long hours of practice in order to perfect your skills. As a result you could make a career from your artistic talents, such as performing on stage, designing for a theatrical production, or teaching your craft. You've a good sense of values, and an innate sense of timing. Both of these traits stand you in good stead in your career ambitions. It's also possible that you've a firm set of spiritual beliefs which guides your choice of life direction. In some cases you could enjoy a career directly connected with your spiritual beliefs.

Saturn Soft Pluto

The combination of the planets Saturn and Pluto in your chart suggests that you're an ambitious, insightful and powerful person. You're likely to make a powerful impact on your friends, family, colleagues and loved ones, both as a child and an adult. At times you might be surprised by the extent of other people's reactions to your presence and opinions. You may even surprise yourself by your own reactions to some circumstances. Authority is likely to be a continuing source of difficulty in your life, as you attempt to find the right balance between your own individual rights, and those of the community. Of course there are many instances when these two rights coincide, but you're more likely to find yourself involved in the clashes, perhaps as a mediator. It's possible that you could become involved in someone's power struggles, in which your role may or may not be central to the outcome. It's true that you've the ability to be a powerful leader, perhaps in the government or armed forces, or as an executive or politician. You can be a powerful leader, but first you must learn to use your unique insights for positive purposes. The 19th Century author John Stuart Mill said in his work On Liberty (1859) that: "Everyone who desires power, desires it most over those who are nearest to him, with whom his life is passed, with whom he has most concerns in common, and in whom any independence of his authority is oftenest likely to interfere with his individual preferences". Herein lies a key to your chart. You've the ability to succeed in your ambitions, but first you must learn how to deal with the balance of power in your life, respecting both your own and other people's rights to succeed.

Neptune Soft Pluto

The planets Neptune and Pluto both move slowly through the zodiac, and therefore any connection between the two planets affects birth charts for a short period of time. You were born in such a time. This combination in your chart means that you're interested in opportunities to bring about fundamental change to human values. You are aware of injustices in society and, depending on other influences in your chart, may prefer to fight against them rather than sit back and accept the ills of society. Your creative urges may be linked to politics, or expressing your political views through the arts or spiritual or charitable organisations.

Neptune trine Midheaven

With Neptune forming a trine to your Midheaven, your natural psychic ability provides creative imagination and bolsters your self-esteem. It also sets up the opportunity for self-doubt that in turn tests your core beliefs and allows for creative change.

When the world showers you with glamour and other people try to convince you of realities that don't mesh with your own perceptions, your Angels can help you to express compassion for others, while also understanding your own motivations.

On the plus side, Tamiel supports your receptivity, empathy and sensitivity. Awareness of Mind is enhanced through Angelic associations, and your contemplative nature expands as you explore your own ego. This may sound odd, as many spiritual belief systems indicate that ego is to be avoided or quelled. However, if you go through ego issues instead of around them, you are better able to resolve them.

Tamiel also supports you by revealing your greatest mental and emotional weaknesses, so that you may resolve them. For example, you may be susceptible to deception, either from others or through yourself. Your Angels help you to perceive deception and to dispel it.

You have a powerful imagination that can be utilized in the search for self-awareness and spiritual consciousness, and your Angels are there to help you.

Pluto Conjunct Midheaven

Pluto, the planetary archetype that governs what lies beneath the surface, was near its culmination at your time of birth. Vocations which dig deep down into literal, financial, emotional or psychic terrain like miners, archaeologists, detectives, investigative journalists, surgeons, psychotherapists, tax experts, forensic specialists, pathologists, funeral directors etc. are under the jurisdiction of Pluto. The power of Pluto to influence the masses and transform public opinion is also reflected in careers like market research, media and vocations of influence, politics, police work, big business and government. Being intensely private and contained, Pluto is uncomfortable being in the public spotlight. While you are emotionally and psychologically involved with your career, you need to protect your own privacy. Fate asks you to channel your intensity, perceptiveness and depth of understanding into the transformation of other people's lives without exposing your own personal biography.

Pluto trine Neptune

With Pluto Trine Neptune, you experience a dynamic psychic link between Metatron and Tamiel. Metatron has been called the King of Angels and the Chief of the ministering Angels. This Angel is thought to be the pillar of fire the Jews followed in their exodus from Egypt. He is a certain link between you and the divine. Metatron's association with Tamiel, the Angel of Primordial Energies, is extremely powerful.

You undoubtedly experience supernatural events and conditions during your life. Your Angels provide this resource and can help you refine it. Psychic impressions and intuition become second nature to you after a while. You learn to act on intuition in much the same way you would act on advice from your accountant.

One facet of the path of personal integrity for you involves purification of your soul. This means elevating your thoughts above petty jealousy and anger. While you may never overcome negative thinking entirely, working with your Angels will lift you up, step by step, to thoughts of compassion and love. Love overcomes fear and compassion overcomes hatred, it's just about that simple.

One possible weakness is over-sensitivity. This is only a weakness when you indulge the possibility. Your sensitivity is the source of at least one extrasensory ability. You will want to maintain your sensitivity while learning to manage any side effects. Other people may continue to see you as a sentimental type, but you will find that you really don't care what they think.

Another perceived weakness is confusion in interpreting psychic and intuitive information as it comes to you. Here again, this is only a weakness until you develop the necessary skills. Meditation each day allows your Angels to contact you more directly.

You have the power of a storyteller combined with the wisdom of a seer. You could write fiction or dramatic scripts, and your poetry can become the liquid fire of inspiration and soothing balm for the soul.

NorthNode Soft Pluto

You're on a quest to use your insights and personal experience to help others. This is because of the association of the North Node and the planet Pluto in your birth chart. You may encounter traumas during your lifetime, which will ultimately help to develop your resourceful nature.

Chiron conjunct Moon

No matter what the rest of your chart is like, this aspect makes you very sensitive to vibrations of all types, so you must learn early in life some deep philosophy which takes into account unseen forces. If you don’t, you can grow up terrified of forces beyond your control. For some, this takes on a deep interest in a profound religion, but in whatever direction you were pulled towards, you needed some belief that allowed you to accept your sensitivity, and to accept the forces around you as part of the universe.

You are also extremely susceptible to influence from your personal environment, and soon develop very unique criteria (tastes) about what it takes to make you comfortable. For some it is a choice to live in a residence that other people would feel are anything but normal. (One person I know sought out a place to live in that is haunted; another moved into a house made entirely of rubber tires.)

There is a side to this aspect that can be summed up in the phrase, ‘the hunger’. On some level as a child you felt you were not getting enough of your needs fulfilled, perhaps not enough food, or enough nurturing, or comfort. As a result, until you heal the wound, you seem never to quite get your fill of something. For some, it is food, and they eat way too much; for some it is security, and they fear going out into the world; for some, it is the warmth of a companion, and they are very needy in relationships. The key to healing is to delve into the roots of your feelings, understand why you felt deprived, and forgive those who made you feel that way. In this way you can free yourself from the hunger that is rooted in the wound, and live more in the present.

Should you choose to, you can easily sway people’s emotions because you are able to tune into feelings common to everyone; some emotions most people can identify within themselves. You probably have an instinctive understanding of how to help others, as you have a deep empathy for the pains and sufferings they feel. Especially those that suffer because they must go without.

You most likely had a mother who was quite unique in some way, perhaps a researcher or pioneer in some area, or simply someone who loved to open new doors to see what was on the other side. Or she may have been involved in medicine, health, or healing, trying to find out how to help people. As a result you inherited a deep curiosity yourself, and an instinctive dislike of closed doors, a belief that nothing should block you from finding answers.

Chiron sextile Midheaven

The Midheaven is how you are seen by the public, and is what has often been called the ‘ego ideal’ that is, what role you want to strive to become. This is why it is tied in to career; think of the child who speaks about what he ‘wants to be when he grows up’ and you’ll have a good idea of the Midheaven energy.

Chiron shows that at some point when you were growing up, there was pain associated with what you wanted to be when you matured. It may be that you were made to feel that you had to find the right career and nothing else would do. Or it may be that some adults tried to force you into accepting the idea that you would never become anything important without working very hard at it, that nothing would ever come easy for you. In any event, on some level, it became extremely important that you find out what you want to do with your life, the role you want to play, and that you are sure it will be the ‘right objective.

This aspect also gives you the ability to help open doors for other people, to be the person that helps someone get their foot in the door if needed.

Chiron opposition Neptune

If you have Chiron opposition Neptune you are part of a small, select group of people, born either between 1900–1901, or 1988–1990. It is a difficult aspect.

People who have this aspect seem to be convinced that the reality they were brought up to believe in is not quite right, that the ideals they were taught to strive for are not those that really will make them happy. Or, that the general image of the universe taught them is not correct, that it has holes or inaccuracies in it.

What this created in you is a deep inner discontent, one that leads you to search for a true, clear picture of the universe, or for something to believe in that is lasting and will bring you true inner peace. It makes you a searcher, and one who will continue to search throughout your life as you strive to understand more, about the universe.

There is a great potential for helping others here, but only after you begin to rise over your inner confusion and realize that the answer you seek is one that will gradually unfold throughout your life.

Chiron sextile Saturn

In most individuals, it appears that Saturn dominates Chiron in this aspect. Instead of the person using a planet as a tool to bring about Chironian objectives of balance, healing, and the like, as in other Chiron sextiles, with Saturn, there is a tendency to use Chiron as a tool to bring about Saturnian objectives. Note that I said ‘tendency’ many people rise above this and allow Chiron to shape their Saturn. This is because there is a wound coming from some ‘agenda’, or ‘appropriate course of action’, or some set of rules that had to be followed and it was this ‘right’ course that was stressed above all else.

Depending on how you have begun to heal from this stifling influence, it may express itself in one of two ways. You may be a Saturn-type, or a Chiron-type. The Saturn-type wants to bring about changes in structures, or in society, that help rid them of faults (as you see them), in order to make them more truly Saturnian, that is, to make them more correct, or more the way things ‘should’ be. If you have gone in this direction, you tend to see Saturn (structuring, correct thought/correct ideas/correct actions) as the most important part of day-to-day existence, while you see Chiron (opening doors, finding ways to heal, finding unique ways of doing things) as a tool to be used to benefit Saturn. If this is you, you may truly appreciate the virtues of the individual, but only as she/he can be utilized to improve life in some way without altering the basic scheme of things.

The Chiron-type wants to Chiron-ize Saturn, to bring about changes in the basic structures of things within society to bring about fairness, rectify imbalances, and open opportunities. If this is you, then you will use any conventional methods that may seem necessary to achieve your goals but will not restrict yourself only to them; any means that works will be justified. You see Saturn (society, the status quo, the rules and mores of the world) as something that must be changed, must be improved; you will not fit in with any group or society that is unwilling to make needed changes. You will, however, fit in when you see doing so as necessary but only as far as it is necessary.

Both types relish experimentation, although the reasons for doing so depend on which direction you go.
